International Service Models for Long-Stay Patients in Forensic Psychiatry The aim of this years conference is to identify how many long-stay patients currently reside in high or medium secure forensic psychiatric care, what their needs are and whether they’re being met by current service provisions. Also, comparisons will be made with international long-stay services in an attempt to develop recommendations for service innovation in the UK and other participating COST countries.
